Oh, the disappointment. my room, a 'superior double room', felt more like a storage closet someone forgot to clean. the air conditioning sounded like a dying walrus. I swear, a herd of actual walruses would have been quieter. and don't even get me started on the 'breakfast'. the pastries tasted suspiciously like cardboard, and the coffee had the distinct flavor of regret.

The location allowed easy access to many popular attractions. The breakfast buffet provided a good variety of options each morning. THE staff ensured the rooms were clean daily. The rooftop terrace was nice.

The room faced a busy street, so there was considerable noise at night. Sometimes, it took a while to get up to higher floors. I requested a quiet room, but this request was not accommodated. The bathroom fixtures showed signs of wear and needed updating.

The location was acceptable. The hotel is close to many sights.

The room was small. Once we put all the bags in there, we could barely move (I even had a larger room than the standard). The WiFi did not work properly in our room. I asked the reception multiple times to fix it, but it still did not work, so I gave up. (I was very annoyed by it).

Staff members were friendly and always available to assist. They offered useful advice. I also appreciated the complimentary water provided upon my arrival.

The absence of clear instructions for the shower operation made it a bit challenging at first.
